Timesheets in the Worklog module
In the Worklog module, the Timesheets layout displays all work time data available for . You can apply several filters to analyze this data according to your needs. You can focus on the time spent by different people working on different projects or focus on your effort only.
What makes the Timesheets layout special is that it allows you to look at the data from the week-by-week perspective and see in a given week. This means Tasks, Meetings, Focus Times, and Out of Office events. Also, you can edit the actual time spent on Tasks or add more of them to the list.
Use filters in Timesheets
You can use filters in the Timesheets layout to narrow down results and see the data in a more meaningful view. Use the [Filters] button in the top-right corner to show or hide available filters.
Once you define your filters, you can use the pills above the Worklog data to change the filter parameters or remove them completely.
The counter next to the [Filters] button indicates the number of active filters applied to the data. If no entries are visible, it's possible that you are using too many filters, and all the entries are hidden as a result.
Edit Tasks in Timesheets
Timesheets show the time estimation you made for various Tasks, but you might want to update the data if the actual work took more (or less) time.
The Timesheets layout will help you edit the existing time entries for Tasks or log additional time slots for Task-related work.
In Timesheets, you can also add more Tasks to make the weekly summary of your effort more accurate.
To do so, press the [Add] button at the end of the list of Tasks. You can start typing, and we will show you all Task names that match your search.
