Save time on app switching by connecting Timebook to external tools.

Available integration settings

One of our goals at Timebook is to give you a single platform to get your work done more efficiently. To achieve that, you can enable integrations with external applications and use their features inside Timebook.

See below for the complete list of options in the [Integrations] tab.

Zoom integration

The Timebook-Zoom integration allows you to boost your events with several video conference features.

To turn on the Zoom integration:

1. Press the dropdown next to your Workplace's name in the top-left corner.

2. From the resulting menu, select [Preferences].

3. Open the [Integrations] tab from the menu on the left.

4. Set the [Enable Zoom integration] toggle to [ON].

5. Use the resulting pop-up to log in to Zoom using your credentials.

6. Grant Zoom the necessary permissions, after which Timebook will be integrated with Zoom.

Use the following Zoom features in Timebook:

• Your Meetings now automatically generate video conference links.

• You can copy the video links and share it with others.

• You can use the camera icon on Meeting cards to jump to video conferences.

To turn off the Zoom integration:

1. Press the dropdown next to your Workplace's name in the top-left corner.

2. From the resulting menu, select [Preferences].

3. Open the [Integrations] tab from the menu on the left.

4. Set the [Enable Zoom integration] toggle to [OFF].

Slack integration

The Timebook-Slack integration allows you to push Timebook notifications to Slack via a dedicated companion app:

1. Press the dropdown next to name in the top-left corner.

2. From the resulting menu, select [Preferences].

3. Open the [Integrations] tab from the menu on the left.

4. Set the [Enable Slack integration] toggle to ON.

5. From now on, you will see all Timebook notifications also in the Timebook companion app in Slack.

NOTE: This will only work if your entire Timebook Workplace is integrated with Slack. For more information, see Workplace integrations

Timebook also lets you import and display data from other apps as embedded Blocks.
