Get guidance and provide feedback
You can find the [Help and support] module at the bottom of the Navigator. You can use it to find the necessary information on all our features or submit feedback about using Timebook. The [Help and support] module also links to the Help Center you are reading now.
After pressing the [Help and support] button, you can choose from the following options:
[Help Center] redirects you to our complete user guide, which you are reading now. Here, you can find the necessary information on all Timebook features. Use the navigation to the left or the search bar in the top-right corner to browse through the contents of our Help Center.
[Feedback] is where you can report your issues or share your opinions. It opens a new pop-up window where you can write and submit your feedback. We are looking forward to it as we want your user experience to shape the future of Timebook.
[Timebook basics] resets the in-app tips you receive when you start using Timebook for the first time. Press the button to see these tips again.
