Manage your Timebook subscription

In this section of Workplace Admin, you can manage and upgrade your subscription, check invoice details, and compare Timebook pricing plans.

In short, the [Billing] section is your one place to oversee and optimize your Timebook subscription.

The following tabs are available in the [Billing] section:

Overview tab

This tab contains general information about your subscription:

  • the start date of your current subscription period,

  • the name of your current pricing plan,

  • the renewal date of your subscription.

You can also select a different pricing plan using the [Change plan] option. This option takes you to the [Plans & pricing tab], where you can choose a new plan (see below for more details).

Finally, the [Account section] at the bottom of this tab lets you delete your Timebook account. Press the dedicated button and follow the instructions on the screen.

Invoices tab

This tab mainly focuses on your invoice history. You can select an invoice from the list to:

  • see the status of the invoice (paid, unpaid, overdue),

  • [View] the details of the invoice or [Download] it as a PDF file,

  • retry the payment of overdue invoices.

Additionally, this tab shows you when you made your last payment and when the next invoice will be issued.

Billing info tab

This tab contains your billing address and company information.

You can update these details at any time. Remember to press [Update info] to save the changes.

Plans & pricing tab

This tab is an overview of all Timebook plans.

You can use it to compare available features, pricing details, and how the prices change when you switch between monthly and yearly billing.

You can use the buttons at the bottom to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan. A pop-up window will show how the changes affect your billing.

This article does not cover the payment options, as third-party services handle payment processes externally.
