Find information quickly and jump right to it.

One of the key Timebook ideas is to allow you to work uninterrupted and fully focused. That's why we want to give you seamless navigation that helps you quickly jump between modules and objects.

You can use our [Global search] feature to find Timebook content instantly. The global search is located at the top of the Navigator, next to your Workplace's name.

To use the global search:

  1. Press the [Search Timebook] icon at the top of the Navigator.

  2. Use the search bar to enter a keyword. We will suggest all objects matching your entry as you type.

  3. You can narrow down the results using the dedicated buttons below the search bar. You can filter by most of the Timebook object types, such as , , , and more.

  4. Press on one of the results to jump to the related object.

You can start the global search from anywhere in Timebook by pressing the [G] key on your keyboard twice.


Recently visited

You can also use the [Recently visited] module to quickly return to the most recent objects you interacted with in Timebook. After you open the module with the dedicated button at the top of the Navigator, we will show you a list of the last five Timebook objects you accessed.

To access the recently visited module:

  1. Press the [Recently visited] icon in the top-right corner of the Navigator.

  2. Press on an object on the list to jump directly to the object's details.

This list shows the last five Timebook objects you interacted with.

Press [Show more] to expand the list to ten objects.


Navigator
