Files (in Teams)

Check what files are currently used across your Team.

All Team files in one place

When maintaining your content or managing work in a Team, you will likely use a number of files. The [Files] tab is where you can access all files used by your Team. The tab has several purposes:

  • It shows all files (documents, images, and archives) added by all Team members in various locations.

  • You can upload files here to build a shared repository for all Team members.

  • Others can reuse all files in this tab . When uploading a file, you always have the option to [Upload from Timebook], which potentially means reusing content from your Team's [Files] tab.

When viewing files, you can use the sorting and filtering options available under the [Manage view] button. You can also create custom views of your Team's files.
