Customize the appearance of your Calendar to match your scheduling style.

Customize your Calendar

Using the quick settings, you can show or hide some elements of your Calendar. This allows you to fully focus on what is most important to you.

Press the [Calendar settings] button in the top-right corner to access the options described below.

Use the following quick settings to customize your Calendar experience in Timebook:

[Work hours]

This toggle highlights your availability (work hours) on the Calendar grid.

ON: Show different background colors for your work and non-work hours.

OFF: Show only one background color for the whole grid.


[Appointments & Shared Availability]

This toggle shows or hides your Appointment and Shared Availability slots that no one has booked yet. For more information, see Appointment and Shared Availability

ON: Show the slots available for booking.

OFF: Hide these slots.


[Declined Meetings]

This toggle shows or hides the Meetings you declined.

ON: Show all the meetings to which you declined an invitation.

OFF: Hide these Meetings.


[Weekends]

This toggle shows or hides Saturdays and Sundays on the Calendar grid. This option is only available with the scope set to [Week] or [Month].

ON: Show weekends on the grid.

OFF: Hide weekends altogether.


[Cover image]

This toggle shows or hides the image you use as a Calendar cover and the area where you can add a new cover image.

ON: Display the cover image above the Calendar grid.

OFF: Hide the cover image.


[Secondary time zone]

This toggle shows or hides an additional time zone column on your Calendar grid. Use it to quickly compare times in the (detected by your device) and another one of your choice.

ON: Show the additional time zone column. Press the heading of this column to select a secondary time zone.

OFF: Hide the additional time zone column.


[Calendar preferences]

This button takes you to the dedicated section of our User Preferences module. Here you can customize general rules for your Calendar, including defining your work hours, time format, or default Meeting duration.
