Pages

Create meaningful content with powerful editor and reusable Timebook elements.

Build documents with Pages

The actual content management in Timebook starts here. Pages store your content and give you to manage and display other Timebook items in any way you like. You can also create subpages to give your a proper structure.

Pages are highly customizable, so you can make each stand out in your Documents. Give your Page a cover image, a background color, or a distinct icon. Or keep everything simple and focus on the content instead. Timebook Pages are very flexible, so you can adjust them to different types of content. For more information, see Page options

There is also the collaborative aspect of Timebook Pages.

They can be edited by several users simultaneously and quickly shared with others.

Add Pages and subpages

You can add Pages directly to your Documents and make them top-level objects like the main chapters in a book. But you can also use them to build a more complex structure if you add them as subpages to existing Pages.

To add a top-level Page:

  1. Open one of your Documents.

  2. Press the [+] icon at the top of the middle pane

  3. Give your new Page a meaningful name and press [Create] to confirm.

  4. Your new Page is ready. You can start editing it in the working area on the right.

To add a subpage:

  1. Open one of your Documents.

  2. Press the [+] icon next to an existing Page.

  3. Give your new subpage a meaningful name and press [Create] to confirm.

  4. Your new subpage is ready. You can start editing it in the working area on the right.

Pages and subpages give you the same options when managing your content. The only difference is in their position in the Documents' structure.

In the middle pane of a Document, you can reorder Pages and subpages using a simple drag and drop.

You can also drop a Page directly onto another Page to turn it into a subpage of the target Page.
