Out of Office in Timebook

This feature allows you to book time in your Calendar for activities outside the office.

Similar to setting up a Meeting, it creates a dedicated entry in your Calendar. During this period, we will show you as busy to others, preventing Meeting overlaps.

To create an Out of Office in the Calendar module:

  1. Press the [+] button in the top-right corner and select [Out of Office] from the list of events.

  2. Give your Out of Office a meaningful name, and select the [Start] and [End] dates.

  3. Use additional event options to customize your Out of Office. For more information on the available settings, see Standard event options

  4. Press [Schedule] to create your Out of Office. We mark events of this type with a dedicated icon in your Calendar.

You can also create an Out of Office by pressing anywhere on the Calendar grid.
