Custom apps (Team settings)

Configure the custom App experience in your Team.

Enable custom Apps

This tab in settings is where you can turn custom Apps on and off. Timebook custom Apps are personalized modules you can build by selecting your preferred item types. You can also choose specific and define the hierarchy of items inside your App.

When you build a custom App in the dedicated section of the , you make it available to the . But it must then be enabled in selected Teams. When you enable a custom App in a Team, it will show as a new tab in the Team's structure.

To enable custom Apps in a Team:

  1. In the Navigator, select a Team and press the [Team settings] icon next to it.

  2. Select the [Custom Apps].

  3. Press [Turn on] next to all the custom Apps you want to enable in this Team.

  4. The selected Apps now show as tabs in the Team's structure.

Further enhancements to custom Apps are available in this tab.

Press the [See details] button next to a custom App to view its properties. You can now manage the App's statuses, containers, or automation features (if they are enabled in the App).
