Share Pages

Share your Page with other Timebook users or make it publicly available.

One of the key aspects of collaboration in Timebook is the ability to share your work and content with a selected audience.

are no different; you can decide to share them with other Timebook users and define their access rights. Or you can go broader and publish a read-only copy of your Page and let anyone with a link access it.

When a Page you are sharing contains subpages, all the subpages will also be shared with the selected people.


Share Pages with others in Timebook

Use this feature when you want to give access to one of your Pages to other Timebook users. Depending on the nature of the collaboration, you can define the permissions for each person you want to share the Page with.

Share a Page in Timebook
  1. Press [Share] in the top-right corner, just above your Page.

  2. In the [Share in Timebook] tab, use the dropdown to select who you want to share the Page with. You can choose members of your , of your Workplace, or members of a different .

  3. Define access rights for each person (or group) you want to share the Page with. By default, they [Can view] the content of the Page. But you may also give them [Can edit] or [Can edit & share] permissions.

  4. Press [Save] to confirm your choices. Selected contacts now have access to your Page based on the permissions you set.

Note: When sharing a Page with a member or a Partner of your Workplace, you define access rights individually for each person. However, when sharing a Page with a Planner, you select the same access rights for all members of that Planner.

If all you need is just the link to a specific Timebook Page, use the [Copy link] button at the bottom of the [Share in Timebook] tab.


Make a Timebook Page public

Use this feature if you want anyone with the link to be able to access your Page, even if they are not Timebook users. There are no editing permissions here as the Page is published in the view-only mode.

Publish a Page to web
  1. Press [Share] in the top-right corner, just above your Page.

  2. Go to the [Publish to web] tab.

  3. Press the [Create Page link] button.

  4. Your Page is now publicly available. You can use the [Copy link] button and share the Page with anyone.

To revoke someone's access to a Page, press [Share] and then press the [X] button next to the person or group for which you want to revoke access.

To unpublish a Page, press [Share], go to the [Publish to web] tab, and turn off the [Public link] toggle. The Page links you shared with others will not work anymore.
