Shared Availability options

Define your available time slots and choose the duration of the upcoming Meeting.

Shared Availability allows you to create a Meeting just by defining your free time and sharing it with your guest. For more details on this event type, see Shared Availability

Shared Availability uses some of the standard event options, but several settings are specific to this event type only.

[Meeting duration]

Use it to define the duration of the Meeting that will be booked against your availability.

The duration is set to [1 hour] by default, but you can use the dropdown and select a different option.


[Expires after]

Use the dropdown to choose when your Shared Availability expires. Your guests won’t be able to book your time within that availability after that.


[Availability]

This is where you can define available time slots for your guests to book.

Press [Add] to create a new slot, then specify the date and the start & end times. ‍ We also encourage you to on the left to create your availability slots.
