What are Timebook Planners?

As you get things done with Timebook, Planners become crucial in organizing your work and content. Think of a traditional paper planner: a book full of pages containing all your work items. Timebook Planners are no different: use your to build a structure for your projects and add the actual content using customizable . And manage your on top of that.

Expanding Planners and accessing settings
Press on a Planner's name to see its sections. Use the cogwheel icon to access the Planner's settings.

Planners are visible to all members unless their Owners set them as "Private." Pages in Team Planners are meant for collaboration and sharing work with others. You can be a member of multiple Planners in Timebook.

Timebook also has Partner Planners that Timebook users from different Workplaces can share with you. Typically, Planner access is limited to the Workplace you belong to. But with Partner Planners, you can go beyond that. For more details, see Partners


Where to start?

You can join all open Planners in a Team or create your own. Learn more: Add a Planner

You can be a member of multiple Planners in Timebook. Use the Navigator to jump between Planners quickly. Learn more: Planner navigation
