Calendar settings

Customize the appearance of your calendar to match your scheduling style.

You can show or hide some elements of your calendar using the quick settings. This way, you can fully focus on what is most important to you.

Press the [Calendar settings] button in the top-right corner of the Schedule module to access the options below.

Select the details you want to see on the calendar grid.
Available calendar settings

[Show work hours]

This toggle highlights your availability (work hours) on the calendar grid.

ON: Show different background colors for your work and non-work hours.

OFF: Show only one background color for the whole grid.


[Show Appointments]

This toggle shows or hides your Appointment slots that no one has booked yet. For more details, see Appointment

ON: Show Appointment slots available for booking.

OFF: Hide the available Appointment slots.


[Show declined events]

This toggle shows or hides the Meetings you declined.

ON: Show all the Meetings you declined an invitation to.

OFF: Hide these Meetings.


[Show weekends]

This toggle shows or hides Saturdays and Sundays on the calendar grid. This option is only available with the Scope set to [Week] or [Month].

ON: Show weekends on the grid.

OFF: Hide weekends altogether.


[Show cover image]

This toggle shows or hides the image you use as a calendar cover. It also shows/hides the area where you can add a new cover image.

ON: Display the cover image above the calendar grid.

OFF: Hide the cover image.


[Show secondary time zone]

This toggle shows or hides an additional time zone column on your calendar grid. Use it to quickly compare times in the (detected by your device) and another one of your choice.

ON: Show the additional time zone column. Press the heading of this column to select a secondary time zone.

OFF: Hide the additional time zone column.
