Use the grid

Drag & drop objects to schedule them in calendar.

What is it?

The grid is the central element of Timebook's Schedule module. You can use it to add new events to your calendar, move them to a different time slot, or change their duration.

On top of that, you can also on the grid. This enables you to work from your calendar as you book time for meetings and the actual work in one place.

So don't stay off the grid, even if you are working on a secret project.

How does it work?

There are several ways of creating events in the Schedule module. But, using the grid may be the easiest way as you are scheduling them at the same time.

  2. Select the event you want to create. You can choose from: Meeting, Work Item, Shared Availability, Focus Time, Out of Office, Appointment, and Poll. For more details, see Events

  3. The Event card opens, and you can define the details of your event. For more details, see Event card

There are other ways of creating events in Timebook, like the [+], the [Share], and the [Meet] buttons above the grid.

You can explore all the options to find the one that's most convenient for you.
