Planner navigation

Access and adjust Planners in the Navigator.

Timebook's left pane, the Navigator, is where you can see and modify the structure of your Planners. Each Planner belongs to a , so expand one of your Teams in the Navigator to see the Planners you are a member of.

Decide how Planners and their contents are presented in the Navigator.
Adjust Planners in the Navigator
  • Use the [Hide Planner content] and [Show Planner content] buttons next to a Planner name to hide or show the sections inside. This helps you focus on the contents of the Planner you are currently working with and reduce (or increase) the amount of information in the Navigator.

  • Drag & drop Planners across the Navigator to change their order.

If you are the Owner or an Admin of a Planner, you might want to change the Planner's settings. You can access them through the dedicated settings icon next to the Planner's name in the Navigator. Also, an identical icon is available in the top-right corner of the Planner's working area. For more details, see Planner settings

If you see an icon with the message that reads "This Planner is shared", it means that the Planner is shared with a Partner. For more details, see Partners
