This section of the Workplace Admin is where you can manage your current subscription or upgrade it, check the invoice details, or compare different Timebook pricing plans.

In short, the [Billing] section is your one place to oversee and optimize your Timebook subscription.

Use this tab to manage your subscription, billing information, and payments.
Overview tab

This tab contains general information about your subscription:

  • the start date of your current subscription period,

  • the name of your current pricing plan,

  • the renewal date of your subscription.

Note: You can also select a different pricing plan using the [Change plan] option. This takes you to the [Plans & pricing tab], where you can select a new plan (see below for more details).

Invoices tab

This tab mainly focuses on your invoice history. You can select an invoice from the list to:

  • see the status of the invoice (paid, unpaid, overdue),

  • [View] the details of the invoice or [Download] it as a PDF file,

  • retry the payment of overdue invoices.

Additionally, this tab shows you when you made your last payment and when the next invoice will be issued.

Billing info tab

This tab contains your billing address and company information.

You can update these details at any time. Make sure to press [Update info] to save the changes.

Plans & pricing tab

This tab is an overview of all Timebook plans.

You can use it to compare available features, pricing details, and how the prices change when you switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Note: You can use the buttons at the bottom to upgrade or downgrade to a different plan. You will see a pop-up window showing how the change affects your billing.

Add-ons tab

This tab shows the Timebook add-ons you can include in your current subscription plan.

Add-ons are enhancements not specific to any plan, but you add them "on top" of your existing plan instead.

Timebook add-ons include an extended pool of AI hints or extra file storage.

This article does not cover all the payment options as payment processes are handled externally by third-party services.
