At Timebook, we help you get things done. But we also want to help you evaluate how efficiently the work time is used. We give you the Worklog module to measure and record the time you spend on different activities. You can also use Timebook Worklog to ensure you distribute work evenly among team members so that no one is overloaded.

Timebook Worklog operates on two levels: as a general module in the Navigator and as a part of each Team.

The Worklog module in the Navigator is where you track your effort. This means you have a complete overview of your Meetings, Focus Times, and Work Items, regardless of which project requested your time. Here the focus is on you.

With Team Worklogs, the focus is on the collective effort. Here, you can analyze the effort of every Team member across all Planners inside the Team. Worklogs at the Team level are more about project management and less about personal evaluation.
