Typical Work Item creation in Timebook
This is how you can quickly create a Work Item in Timebook.

Timebook Work Items are highly flexible so that you can get things done in your preferred way. You can boost them with attachments, comments, or even link different Work Items together. On top of that, Work Items come with customizable properties to define specific parameters of your work, like priority, duration, or due date.

Each Work Item has its own card that contains all the details, options, and fields.

In the top-right corner of each card, you can access several quick actions:

  • the [Collapse/Expand] button lets you change the size of a Work Item card,

  • the [Copy link] button helps you share your Work Item with others,

  • the [Watch] button lets you assign others (or yourself) to a Work Item and be notified about any significant changes to it,

  • the [Delete] button permanently removes a Work Item from the system.
