This section has two tabs to help jump between the current Workstream, the completed ones, and the Workstreams planned for the future.

To use the features of this module, you must first enable Workstreams for your Planner.

To do so, go to the Planner's settings, select [Workstreams], press the [Enable Workstreams] button, and define your preferences. For more details, see Workstream settings

Current & upcoming Workstreams

The [Current & upcoming] tab shows you a sequence of Workstreams that are active at the moment or planned for the future. A dedicated tile represents each Workstream. Use tiles to:

  • belonging to a particular Workstream,

  • of a Workstream,

  • of all Work Items inside a Workstream,

  • with Workstream notes.

How to plan Workstreams?

Use the [Plan Workstreams] button in the top-right corner of the [Current and upcoming] tab to start assigning to particular Workstreams.

This opens a new view with the [Backlog] pane on the left. Backlog is a list of all Work Items belonging to this Planner but not currently assigned to a Workstream.

To plan your work, drag a Work Item from the Backlog and drop it onto one of the Workstreams on the right.

You can also use the drag and drop to move items back to the Backlog or between Workstreams.

Completed Workstreams

The [Completed] tab is a log of all project work done so far. It is a list of all the Planner's Workstreams whose status was set to "Completed".

This tab comes with all the features of the [Current & upcoming] tab listed above.

The most recently completed Workstreams are displayed at the top of the list.
