Add a List Widget to a Page
Use the [List] Widget if your main goal is to manage your Work Items and get them done.
This Widget shows a selected List from the same Planner. You can see all Lists of a Planner .
Lists come with different views: [List], [Board], [Table] and [Story Map]. For more details, see Layouts
Add a Workstream Widget to a Page
Use the [Workstream] Widget if you want to focus on project management.
A Workstream may look similar to a List at first, but there are differences. Workstreams have a defined timeline in which they are expected to be completed. Also, there is a status indicator that informs about the progress. For more details, see Workstream concept

Add a Collection Widget to a Page
Use the [Collection] Widget to display and manage several Lists or Workstreams as a group.
As a result, you get a single container that lets you group, filter, and apply a specific view to all the elements inside.
When using the Collection Widget, you must specify what type of Widgets it will store.
