Integrations

Save time on app switching by connecting Timebook to external tools.

One of our goals at Timebook is to give you a single platform to get your work done more efficiently. To achieve that, you can enable integrations with external applications and use their features inside Timebook. See the sections below to learn which apps can be integrated and how.

An overview of the Integrations tab in User Preferences
Use this tab to enable integrations between Timebook and external apps.
Zoom integration
  1. Press the dropdown next to the in the top-left corner. From the resulting menu, select [User Preferences].

  2. Open the [Integrations] tab from the menu on the left.

  3. Set the [Enable Zoom integration] toggle to ON.

  4. Use the resulting pop-up to log in to Zoom using your credentials.

  5. Grant Zoom the necessary permissions.

  6. Timebook is now integrated with Zoom. Your now automatically generate video conference links. You can copy the video links and share it with others. Also, you can use the Camera icon on Meeting cards to jump to video conferences.

Timebook also lets you import and display data from other apps in the form of embedded Blocks. For more details, see Embeds
