What are Timebook Teams?

Teams are the key to understanding Timebook's vision. We want to give you a platform for cross-functional collaboration where all team members can work in their preferred way and contribute to shared goals.

Press on a Team's name to see its sections. Use the cogwheel icon to access the Team's settings.

Timebook Team features can be adjusted to fit all organizational frameworks:

  • cross-functional teams in product development,

  • self-managing teams in customer services,

  • flow-to-work pools in corporate services.


What do they offer?

Regardless of your organization's framework, Timebook will help your teams become truly agile. We will give you tools to make changes quickly, use resources flexibly, and build teams around end-to-end accountability.

Timebook Teams cover all levels of work and content management. Teams let you mirror the structure of your organization as you add and manage members. Teams also have that you can use to build a structure for your projects. There are inside each Planner to store the actual content. And finally, there are that you can use to make content management fun.

If you are the Owner of a Timebook Workplace, you can create additional Teams. Learn more: Add a Team

You can be a member of multiple Teams in Timebook. Use the [Your Teams] section in the Navigator to jump between Teams quickly. Learn more: Team navigation
