Manage Partners

Manage access and permissions of collaborators from other Workplaces.

You can invite users from different Timebook to collaborate on a project and boost collaboration. We call these collaborators "Partners", and you can give them access to your . For more details, see Partners

In Workplace Admin, you can see the complete list of all Partners invited to all Planners in your Workplace.

Manage Partners in Timebook

Press the dropdown next to the in the top-left corner. From the resulting menu, select [Workplace Admin].

The [Partner] tab in Workplace Admin is a list of Partners that shows their names, email addresses, the status of their invitation, and the Planner they were invited to.

You can use the [Permission group] column to change Partners' permissions. These can be set to:

  • [Can view] for read-only access,

  • [Can edit] for modifying Planner's content,

  • [Can edit & invite] for Partners who can invite others to the Planner.

You can remove Partners (and revoke their access) by pressing the [Meatballs] icon next to their name on the list and selecting [Delete].

Other options available in the [Meatballs] menu are [Accept] or [Reject]; use them to respond to Partner invitations initiated in your Workplace.
