Find relevant Timebook information and provide your feedback.
You can find the [Help and support] button in the bottom-left corner of the Navigator. It is there to guide you through all our features and let you submit your feedback about using Timebook.
After pressing the [Help and support] button, you can choose from the following options:
[Help Center] redirects you to our complete user guide, which is what you are reading right now. Here, you can find the necessary information on all Timebook features. Use the navigation to the left or the search bar in the top-right corner to browse through the contents of our Help Center.
[Feedback] is where you can report your issues or share your comments with us. It opens a new pop-up window where you can write and submit your feedback. We encourage you to submit your comments as we want your user experience to shape the future of Timebook.
[Timebook basics] resets the in-app tips you receive when you start using Timebook for the first time. Press the button if you want to see these tips again.
