People tab

Manage, define roles, and get in touch with members of your Team.

This tab is the central location for the people management of your Team. If you are the , you can add more people to the Team to get things done more effectively.

The middle pane of the People tab shows all members of your Team. If the members' list is long, you might want to use the search bar at the top. There is also the [Sort & filter] button to sort the list by name or show only members with a specific role.

You can also use the [Add people] button to give more users access to this Team. For more details, see Team & Planner members


Contact card options

Interact with others by using the quick action buttons on the contact cards.
Interact with Team members

Select a Team member from the list in the middle pane to see their contact card on the right. contain some basic information, but they also have the [Calendar] tab where you can see the schedule of the selected person.

Additional interaction buttons are available in the top-right corner of each contact card:

  • [Instant meeting] immediately creates a Zoom video conference for you and the selected person.

  • [Email] opens your default system email agent.

  • [Message] takes you to a dedicated Timebook channel to chat with the selected person.

Team Owners can use contact cards to change members' permissions in the [Role] section of the contact card.

Team Owners and Admins can remove members from the Team by pressing the [Meatballs] menu on a contact card and selecting [Remove from Team].
