Dedicate a time slot for uninterrupted work and let others know you are busy with your priorities.
Focus Time is here to protect your schedule from unexpected interruptions. It’s similar to a regular Meeting as it creates an entry in your calendar. Others will see this time slot marked as "busy" when trying to schedule a Meeting with you.
You can also create Focus Time directly on the calendar grid. For more details, see Use the grid
