Calendar subscriptions
Add more calendars to your Schedule to track events regardless of their source.
In Timebook's Schedule module, you can subscribe to multiple calendars to track events from different sources. You can view the calendars of other Timebook users, add publicly available ones, or browse calendars suggested by Timebook.
There are three ways to add a calendar in Timebook. Open the [Calendar settings] above the grid and press the [+] icon next to the "All calendars" heading. Then, select one of the options depending on the calendar type you want to add.
Manage subscribed calendars
You can control how much calendar information you see on the grid. To show or hide a particular calendar, use the checkbox to the left of the calendar's name.
If you have a long list of calendars, press the [Meatballs] icon to the right of a calendar and select [Show this only] to focus entirely on a single calendar. You can also unsubscribe from a calendar altogether.
You can assign different colors to different calendars to boost the visual experience of the Schedule module.
To do that, use the [Meatballs] icon to the right of a calendar, select [Calendar color], and pick the one you like best. All events of this calendar will now have the selected background color.
