Files tab (in Teams)
Check what files are currently used in your Team's Planners.
The middle pane of this tab is a list of all Planners within the current Team. Pick one of the Planners to . Or open the [All files] section to get a "global" overview of all the files used in all Planners of your Team.
When viewing files, you can try the [Sort by] option to arrange them in a specific way or use [Filter by type] to show only images, documents, or archived items.
To manage your files, press the [Meatballs] icon next to a file and choose one of the available actions. The most common options here are:
[File details],
[Download],
[Rename],
and [Delete].
As for collaborative options, you can use:
[View references] to get a list of all the Pages and Work Items that reuse this file,
or you can also [Share] files from your Planners with others. For more details, see Share files
Files in Timebook can also be captioned and .
Hover over a file icon to see the [Tag...] and [Caption...] options.
You can save a custom view of your files (that applies your preferred filters and sorting) for future use. This works exactly like views in Lists. For more details, see Filters
