Streamline your work

Focus on Work Items, organize them in flexible Lists, and track progress in Workstreams.

Create Work Items

We based our approach to work management on the concept of Work Items. A Work Item is like a task or job that needs to be done. It's something specific that you, or someone else, needs to work on or complete.

Imagine it as a smaller piece that's part of a bigger project or goal. In Timebook, you can use the ready-made Work Items or create your own with custom properties.

Build Lists

And what's the point of having Work Items if you can't group them in lists? Timebook comes with flexible Lists that help you manage your Work Items effortlessly.

Use filters to narrow down results in a packed List, save your favorite filter settings for future use, apply changes to multiple Work Items at once, or share whole Lists with others.

Manage Workstreams

You can make a Work Item a part of a List, but you can also assign it to a specific Workstream. Timebook Workstream is a specialized part of a larger project planned to achieve common objectives in a given time.

You can set the start and end dates for a Workstream and give it a recurring pattern. And you can assign Work Items from different Lists to a single Workstream for more flexible management.

Set up Goals

In Timebook, you can create overarching Goals that align with your organizational objectives. You can then connect these Goals to specific Work Items within your projects to measure success.

Goals have dedicated sections on the Team and the Planner levels. Use these sections to track your team- and project-based objectives as you create new Goals and manage the existing ones.
